The agreement between FPM Group and Ormis Engineering S.r.l. has been formalized today for the acquisition of Copress, the historical brand from Brescia active in the manufacturing of mechanical presses, which over the years has produced more than 5000 machines.
With the agreement signed today between Dr. Pennocchio and Mr. Eugenio Faini, FPM Group acquires the brand and know-how of the historical company and intends to continue the construction of these renowned presses, transferring warehouse and production to its operational plant in Calcinato.
